Social Media Designs
I am currently interning for a company as a Social Media Specialist. I have created some social media posts that I am going to showcase here. These are some of the posts I’ve created for the Instagram account for DigitalParenting.com This is a Instagram story for a recently dropped video collaboration. My strategy is to have a recurring “Good Tech Tuesday” where we highlight the good that technology can do and how it can benefit our youth. Mock-up Wedding Invitation Project
This is one of my first graphic design projects. The project was a simple wedding invitation to get familiar with graphic design software. I chose a mint green background and black font to give the design contrast. Two different fonts in this design help give the invitation visual interest. I wanted to make the invitation look elegant and polished. This design was created using Adobe Illustrator.

Project Social Media Mock-ups
These social media designs were a part of a larger project for my graphic design course. For our project, we had to create a poster for an event and then correlating social media designs. The 3 mock-ups I created for the project are shown above. I love the fall season and I created this entire project in Adobe InDesign. I tried to use contrast and visual hierarchy. Looking back, there are certain elements of these designs I would enhance.

Fall Festival Poster Project
This was the Harvest Fest poster I created in my graphic design course. This was a big project and took several weeks to complete. I used my personal illustrations to create this that I drew in Procreate. I loved that this poster looked rustic and fall themed while presenting the information about the event. Looking back, I would have changed some of the sizing of the content. I am really proud of this and look forward to improving my work with future projects.

Coffee Shop Menu Project
In my Introduction to Graphic Design class, we were instructed to create a menu design. I’m a serious coffee addict and have always desired to actually open own coffee shop one day, so naturally I chose to design a coffee shop menu. It has good contrast and stays on topic for the subject. It’s achieves the right visual hierarchy and the typography is fitting for a hip coffee shop menu.

Favorite Quote Typography Project
I chose to use a music lyric for this typography project. As a major Disney nerd, my favorite movie is Tangled. This is the song I walked down the isle to at my wedding. I really love how this project came out and think it has a good contrast and an interesting highlight on the words in yellow. This design turned out really nice and look forward to doing more with typography in the future.
